The delectable King Trumpet Oyster is one of our personal favorites. With its enjoyable meaty texture how could we not try them out using some family recipes. All Veggies and Herbs used are certified organic. All mushrooms are grown on site in Southern Oregon at Caps N Stems.
Our "Pollo" Trumpets are a great way to enjoy a classic Mexican-style flavor perfect for vegan or vegetarian tacos. Just cook with a little oil in a pan, top with cabbage, pickled radishes and peppers!
